Can I Print the Notes Associated with a Name and Address?

Make sure you check the Print Notes box in the Print Record dialog.

Can I Print Selected Names and Addresses as Labels?

Click the Print Record button.

Click Print Records as Labels and the following dialog will appear.

Select the label from pull-down list and adjust the label font as required. Note that you can stop printing the last line of labels, if your printer tends to make a mess of this. (Some InkJets do!)

Choose which records are to be printed in the Record Selection frame and set the format using the Format button. Then click OK to actually print the records as a list.

How Can I Add a New Label?

Click the Format button in the Print Labels dialog to bring up the Label Format dialog. Then click Labels to bring up the Label Layouts dialog.

Click Add New to add a new label.

You will be asked for a name, after which sensible values will be applied. Change these to define your new label.

How Can I Change the Format for Labels?

Click the Format button in the Print Labels dialog to bring up the Label Format dialog.

Note how you can change many things on the label.

The simplest thing to do is experiment, but don't do your test printing on sheets of expensive labels!

Note that you can also change the Label Format from the command in the Options menu.

How Can I Change the Page Numbers for Lists?

Use the Format button to call up the Format dialog, which allows the position to be defined. You can also set if the number is printed on the first page.

How Can I Change the Print Font for Labels?

This can be set in the main Print Label dialog, or in the associated format dialog, called by the Format button.

How Can I Change the Print Font for Lists?

Use the Format button to call up the Format dialog, which allows the both the Title and Body Fonts to be changed.

How Do I Print the Current Name and Address?

Select the record to be printed and then use the Print Record button.

Click Print Current Record and then adjust the data to be printed and the title in the dialog box.

How Do I Print the Current Name and Address as a Large Label?

The simplest way to print a page of labels of the current Name and Address is to click the Write Others button and then select Page of Address Labels.

Note that this label is based on the Letter Format and is effectively a Letterhead converted to a parcel label.
