How are Notes linked to the Phone Book?

Notes are always linked to the records, through the Name/Company, so that the same individual with more than one entry or in different Phone Books, will all link to the same note.

Thus all entries for James Miller of Daisy Analysis Ltd., will be linked to Notes stored under James Miller/Daisy Analysis Ltd.

How Large can the Notes for a Name/Company be?

There is a limit of 30,000 characters for an individual note.

What are Notes?

Notes can be assigned to all entries in the FaxWise/AddressWise Phone Book.

These Notes are linked to the records, through the Name/Company, so that the same individual with more than one entry or in different Phone Books, will all link to the same note.

Thus all entries for James Miller of Daisy Analysis Ltd., will be linked to Notes stored under James Miller/Daisy Analysis Ltd.

Brief details of E-Mails, Faxes and Letters, written by AddressWise can be stored in the Notes.
