The Web Site Type is set from a pull down list.

Web Site Type

Basically, there are three types of Web Sites :-

Simple Site is designed for a Web Site of perhaps up to five pages, which need a very simple method of navigation.

View a Simple Site!
Three Cell has top, menu and body cells and can have a very large number of pages.

This Web Site is a Three Cell Site.
Four Cell is the same as the Three Cell, but has an extra cell in the top left of the page.

View a Four Cell Version of this Web Site!

Note that it's only the Home Page and that the width is also reduced to 640.

Three and Four Cell Web Sites can have a Text or Graphics menu.

This Web Site has a Text menu, which is recommended for speed.

If you want more style, then use a Graphics menu, which will mean that you will have to created all the little bitmap files for the menu. (Daisy Analysis have a program called bmpGalore, which will do it for you!)
