 The page size and layout is set using the Page Layout button in the Build Web Site dialog.

Page Size and Layout

The table layout refers to the <TABLE> that is used to layout the Three and Four Cell Web Sites. The defaults shown here, are recommended for most sites.

Note that the left column width only applies to Three and Four Cell Web Sites and defines the width of the menu.
