3. What none of the glossy adverts tell you, is what the response to the World Wide Wait will be, how often you can make a connection to the Internet, how easy and reliable the software is to use and what the telephone support is like.

4. Some Internet Service Providers are free! If they are, where do they get their income.

5. Remember, that the Internet is showing phenomenal growth. This is and will continue to cause problems for the various Internet Service Providers.
