Body File holds the file that contains the fragment that will be used to build the page.

Normally the Body File is held in the insert sub-directory of the local Web Site directory, usually with the same name as the main file, but with 'ins' prefixed to it.

Note that a page cannot contain both a Body and a Body File. They are also interchangeable in that the data in the Body is identical to that in the Body File.

BodgeIt! takes the fragment and then creates the full page by placing it between <BODY>...</BODY> tags with various formatting characters and such things as the page title.
