James Miller started by buying a book called Web Publishing with Microsoft Office 97. The book's ISBN is 1-57521-232-3 and it is published by Sams Net. He actually got his copy in Harrods, which incidentally has a small but very well stocked computer book section. (Note that the link is not a link to the actual Harrods site. James couldn't find it at the time this page was written in 1999!) This book should be read as it details how you can use all of the main Office 97 products to create a Web Site. Another useful book in the same series is Web Publishing with HTML 3.2 (ISBN 1-57521-192-0), which gives more tips on how to make good, understandable Web Pages. The pages you see here were originally created using Word 97. It was surprisingly easy and once you get the hang of it there were not too many problems.
