Take the front page of BT's web site shown below.

Not too much wrong here!

It fits well in the browser, it's a simple and clean design, there are links to everything you might want to look at, there are no annoying popups, contacting BT is obvious etc. etc.

My only complaint is that if you try and print the page, then the right hand side falls off the edge of the printed page.

Perhaps that doesn't matter here, but click to find out more about broadband and when you print the Terms and Conditions the same thing happens.

Some would find that very annoying and would go elsewhere.

Note that all of the pages in this web site have been designed so that they can be printed, by just clicking Print in the browser.
