The Daisy Analysis Financial Analysis product has been designed to fulfil the requirements of a Compliance Officer working for a small to medium sized Financial Institution :-
  • The system has been designed to be totally compatible with Microsoft methods, products and techniques, and can be used by anyone with a basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 2000.

  • Checks can be performed and reports can be prepared to satisfy regulatory guidelines from the various national and global authorities.

  • Specific attention is paid to detecting transactions that may be evidence of Money Laundering activities.

  • Reports can be viewed, printed, exported to Microsoft Excel or Access or e-mailed as required.

  • Other reports and checks, such as those for risk and bad accounts, not specifically concerned with Money Laundering can also be added to the system.

  • The system has been designed to be extended, so that new techniques and methods can be added as required.

  • The system can easily be scaled up for a larger organisation, by the addition of more powerful hardware and suitable connectivity.

A further objective was that the system could be run from easily available hardware, using common Microsoft software :-

  • Any modern computer with at least a 10 Gb hard disc will run the system.

  • The system runs under Windows 95/98/2000/NT. 2000/NT is preferred for ease of installation and reliability.

  • The system has been designed to work with Microsoft Office 2000 and at least Excel and Access must be installed.

  • All data is held internally in a Microsoft Access 2000 or SQL database.
