Both of the main browsers, Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, are good and are used by many experienced (and inexperienced) people.

Make sure that your Web Site works with both. And not just with the latest version, as many still use older versions like Internet Explorer 3.0 or 4.0.

Don't rely on a particular user having a specific browser. Or even the latest copy!
